Are you an NDIS registered provider?

We are currently in the process of becoming NDIS registered and are committed to meeting all requirements to provide high-quality support.

What services do you offer?

We provide reliable transport services and assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and general home support. And dependent on the participant, we also provide innovative social participation.

How do I get started with your services?

Simply contact us to discuss your needs. We’ll arrange a visit, create a personalised plan and service agreement, and then start providing support tailored to you.

Do you service only the Casey area?

While we are based in the Casey area, we are happy to support participants in surrounding suburbs as well.

How do you charge for your services?

As we are an unregistered provider, we invoice participants directly or to your plan-managers. We will provide clear pricing during the planning process. We also provide services on a ‘fee for service’ basis. Please let us know if you wish to pay fee for service.

Can I change or cancel services once started?

Yes, we offer flexibility to adjust your services based on your needs. Please contact us to discuss any changes or cancellations.

What safety measures do you have in place?

Our staff follow strict safety protocols, including COVID-19 precautions, to ensure a safe environment during all visits and transport.
